Everything You Need to Know About Angelfish
Angelfish are typically grown and lived in tropical places such as the Amazon Basin. They are very much fond of attracting people's attention especially during feeding time. They are among the first fish to be established in America and became very popular instantly. They were brought to Europe around 1820. Angelfish is one of the most beautiful and eye-catching fish on the reef. They are also known for its timid traits which makes them advisable to be kept as pet. Angelfish are one of the most eye catching fish that people love to keep. Just make sure you provide them the right kind of care so that they will live for a long period of time.
They grow and can live in big crowds but this detail doesn't mean that angelfish can't swim free or without any other fishes around. Because of their flat body they can easily move around and can escape if they are squeezed close to each other. Angelfish come out from their shelter, the bulrushes when they want to join some school of fishes or just to play around. But when there is harm or any enemy around, they swim back into the rushes to hide. In 1930, angelfish were already bred in captivity in America. Because of its vivid and colorful patterns, angelfish became very popular in every pet shop around the world.
Angelfish originally came from the tropical places of India and South America. They have several genera and approximately 86 exceptional species. You might get confused with freshwater angelfish with topical cichlids of the Amazon River basin. Angelfish are the most eye catching fish because of their vibrant and vivid colors and deep and laterally compressed bodies. They are often been compared to butterfly fish because of their similar description. Angelfish has long been kept in captivity for breeding purposes though some angelfish are not suitable for breeding because of its tendency to become aggressive.
Angelfish are in both normal finned and veil varieties, oftentimes exceeding 12 inches in height from the top of their dorsal fin to the tip of their ventral fin. Any angelfish fanatics can choose from different colors and patterns any which way they like such as from standard silvers to gold, to koi varieties to leopard-spotted to black to half-black and just about everything in between. Angelfish can live up to 10-15 years. Angelfish love to eat blackworms and bloodworms which make them carnivores. Though angelfish are really not that aggressive, they tend to be when they grow old and when they are in the breeding stage. Many angelfish fanatics are very much fond of these angels that it has become very popular these days among any other pet fish because of its sole beauty and traits.

Adventure Cruises - Exploring the Natural World
Borneo, Papua New Guinea and Costa Rica
It's now possible to explore Borneo, Papua New Guinea and the stunning National Parks of Costa Rica by taking a luxury expedition cruise. Areas inaccessible for the majority can be reached with guidance from locals and on-board explorers using RIBS or speedboats. Depending on the region, you will be accompanied by a professional expedition team or expert guides who will take you to the best places for wildlife watching, spotting rare birds and plant species, and often visiting local communities for unforgettable encounters with the people who have live in these wild regions.
Borneo is the third-largest island in the world, shared between Indonesia, Malaysia and the tiny Sultanate of Brunei on the north coast. The states of Sarawak and Sabah comprise the northern Malaysian territory, and the southern Indonesian region is known as Kalimantan.
The mention of Borneo evokes dreams of adventure and nature in the raw, and the reality is not disappointing. A natural paradise of jungle, rainforest, mountains, vast cave systems and coral reefs, it is probably best-known for its orangutan population and efforts under way to protect and conserve it. In the World Biosphere Reserve of Tanjung Puting, Camp Leakey has run a conservation programme for the orangutan since 1971, and at Semenggoh Wildlife Centre, young orangutan are rehabilitated and re-introduced to the wild. Visitors can observe their feeding and behaviour in a regulated environment, and at Cabang Panti Research Station in Gulung Palung National Park they can be seen in the wild.
The only way to reach Tanjung Datu National Park in Sarawak is via a long forest trek or more easily by small boat. Behind magnificent beaches, pristine rainforest sustains the Bornean Gibbon, crab-eating macaque and leaf monkeys, and there are tracts of rare dipterocarp forest. Not far away is Bako National Park where you can expect to see proboscis monkeys, long-tailed macaques, the flying lemur and carnivorous plants. Sea arches and cliffs make up the shoreline, with trails leading to waterfalls, cooling pools and streams.
The islands offshore are no less entrancing. Kangean Island has long, golden beaches, and monkeys and komodo dragons live in the mangrove forest on its tiny islet. The Karimatas chain is very rarely visited, but the coral reefs are wonderful diving territory, with mountains and rainforest inland.
Lush, green Papua New Guinea is only 90 miles from Cape York on Australia's northern tip, but its culture and extraordinary diversity of plant and animal life is a world away. There are 3000 different orchids alone, and its 700 bird species include the Bird of Paradise. It is one of the least-explored regions on earth, with some areas making contact with the outside world as recently as the 1970s. Many of its plants and animals are yet to be discovered.
The population is almost equally diverse, with over 850 languages spoken and ethnic groups broadly divided between New Guineans, Papuans, Highlanders and Islanders. 82% of the population live in small villages where tribal customs are still practiced.
The Sepik River runs from the Highlands to the Bismarck Sea in the north, and from its banks you can visit the village of Watam and its seven clans. The Bird of Paradise and the world's largest butterfly, the Queen Alexandra Birdwing, live in the hills above the fjord. At Dei Dei Village, locals still cook their food in the hot springs, and on Fergusson Island, rainforests cover the mountains and there is the chance of seeing the purple-bellied Lory, a rare parrot endemic to Papua New Guinea.
National Parks cover a quarter of Costa Rica, preserving rainforest, swamps, wild, beautiful beaches and lagoons, and a tenth of the world's mammal species. Along the Nicoya Peninsula are Tortuguero, Manuel Antonio and Santa Rosa National Parks, together with the Natural Reserve of Curu, which can all be explored on an adventure cruise of Costa Rica.
The coastline is a combination of idyllic beaches and crashing surf, backed by dense forest, palms and mountains; scuba divers and surfers flock to Playas de Coco, where offshore there is the bonus of shipwrecks and sharks' caves to explore. With the help of guides, expect to see jaguars and sloths in Tortuguero National Park, and from Isla Tortuga, spot manta rays, pilot whales and giant whale sharks. In the Natural Reserve of Curu, there is an increasing population of the rare spider monkey, and all five of Costa Rica's mangrove species grow here - the atmospheric forests and swamps are accessible from zodiacs.
Wildlife cruises are one of best ways to explore these pristine habitats. The itinerary will cover a wide variety of landscapes, enabling you to see exotic flora and fauna and marine life with the benefit of expert guides. Anyone who is not sure whether a wilderness holiday is for them can relax in the knowledge that staying on board is an option; retreat to luxury accommodation with good food and wine and first-class service.
Expeditions and adventures in remote, beautiful wilderness areas are now a perfectly viable holiday option. For nature tours and wildlife holidays in Borneo, Papua New Guinea and Costa Rica - all from the comfort of a luxury cruise ship - take a look at the Far East and Costa Rica itineraries at http://cruisingholidays.co.uk/adventure-cruises.htm. Live Butterfly Kits
When you get right down to it, if your live butterfly garden doesn't have any butterflies in it, then all you've got is a garden. And there's nothing wrong with a garden unless your whole goal in planting it was to attract butterflies.
It's a question that plagues all butterfly gardeners. What if I build it and the butterflies don't come? Well, the odds are that if you've got the right mix of plants and flowers and shrubs - butterfly bushes, marigolds, roses and so forth - and you can be just a little patient, you are probably going to have some beautiful winged visitors.
But can you increase the odds, even just a little?
The answer is yes.
Start by ensuring that you have selected the appropriate plants. Butterflies are not capable of ignoring flowering plants - they need the nectar, they need the green space to lay eggs, they need the moisture to drink, and they need broad flat leaves to rest on and sleep beneath. It's a matter of survival for them. So be sure you've got a good roster of butterfly-friendly plants and shrubs. In addition to those mentioned above, plant some Azaleas and Asters, even some common Milkweed (for the lovely traveling Monarch).
Be sure that you have laid the plants out right as well. Remember, butterflies focus on color. So you want to be sure that your plants are located next to one another. That rich vibrant orange and yellow of the marigolds need to be bunched together in order to make it easier for the butterflies to find it.
Another - and somewhat more adventurous - way to get butterflies into your backyard garden is to actually head out into the field so to speak and collect some butterfly eggs. Bring them back to your garden and let them hatch there. This isn't the easiest method by any means. You need to know where to look for the eggs out in the wild, you need to know how to collect and transport them, and you need more than a little luck once you've relocated them to your own turf.
But there's an even simpler way to approach the problem of no butterflies or too few butterflies. How about availing yourself of a live butterfly kit?
Butterfly kits take a great deal of the stress - and the uncertainy as well - out of adding butterflies to your garden. You get to enjoy the whole process of watching them grow and evolve but you don't have to work as hard or worry as much. What's not to like?
Live butterfly kits include eggs that will become a caterpillar that will become a chrysalis that will eventually become a lovely butterfly. The habitat is ideal both for butterfly safety and for viewing the growth process. The best part is that at the end of the process, you can release the live butterflies into a new habitat - your garden!
These kits can work in many different places. Perhaps you are a homeschooling parent and you need a project to explore science. Or you're a public school teacher and you want a project that will spread out over several weeks and still hold the attention of your students.
A good kit will include the caterpillars. Look for at least five as the minimum - ten is actually better. The kit will also include food for these caterpillars. The cage (or habitat) is generally made of a mesh-like netting that can either be hung or stand upright on a table or desk. They will have an opening with a zipper that allows you to access the caterpillars and eventually the butterflies.
The cages can be used several times. And a lot of companies are happy to ship you the cage but wait to send the caterpillars until the season is right. That's important. You don't want to grow your own butterflies until you know that you have a safe place into which to let them go.
Once the butterflies hatch, you can keep them inside for up to twenty-four hours. During that time, they are incapable of flying so you are actually doing them a favor. This is the ideal time to study your butterflies.

Important Tips For Watching the US Open Live! (Part 4 - Transportation, Hotels, Freebies With Amex)
When you go to the US Open, I would recommend that you take along an American Express card. They give card members special privileges and gifts simply by presenting the card at the US Open event booths. Also with an Amex card, they will offer discounts on US Open merchandise.
Free Gifts
Just show your American Express card at any Amex Event Booth (like at Legg Mason or US Open) to get a free US Open Radio. No purchases necessary! With it you can listen to live commentary by ESPN and the Tennis channel.
Use this small ear radio to follow the main court action even if you are on a side-court. You can listen in to get all the stats and commentary (even on side courts) while you are watching your match. This makes it much more entertaining to follow the action.
In 2006, they were also handing out free $2 Metro passes by the thousands!
Every year there is a new deal or gadget so keep your eyes peeled and bring your Amex!
Hotel Deal
I prefer the American Express SPG card because with it you can get a great discount on the Sheraton Laguardia hotel which is located just 1 metro stop away (less than 2 miles)!
Hint: you can use the 10,000 points to redeem a FREE night at the Sheraton Laguadia hotel (which is just 1 metro stop from the Stadium).
This is a hotel that normally goes for $300-$400 a night.
Or you can use the "Cash and Points" options (4000 points and $60 per night) to get an even better deal!
I tried this a couple years ago and even got offered a free upgrade to a Deluxe Suite! It is a great hotel that is walking distance from a lot of great Chinese restaurants in Flushing, NY like the dim sum at East Buffet.
Transportation Tips:
I would avoid taking a car at all cost. Parking is simply a pain and there are many different check points just to get to the lot.
My advice instead if you book the Sheraton hotel, is to just take the 7 train from "Flushing-Main St" to the "Mets-Willet Point" station - about a 5 min ride.
If you want to go to the city after the games at night - just take the same 7 train all the way to Times Square in Manhattan (no transfers required, just $2 each way!).
Tip: Put $8 or more on your card and receive a 15 percent bonus. Great if you plan to go into the city at night.
If you do not have an American Express card yet, the SPG card offers 10,000 free points after your first purchase! Check out my site for details on how to get this deal and to read other tennis bargain tips!

Jacky Cheong

How Much Money do Photographers Make?
Interested in knowing the average salary of a photographer? Well the answer to such a questions is always a little more complex and therefore requires a little thought before a solid number is able to be given. First of all, it should be noted that there is a wide discrepancy between the earnings of photographers. Some make very little money, others spend more money than they make, while still others make decent livings, some of whom even make upwards of $100,000 a year. However, according to statistics the average photographer makes between $14,000 and $54,748 with the median falling somewhere in between those two numbers.
If you want to be a photographer who makes more money than average you'll need to be very strategic with how you approach your career. Below are some tips to ensure that you earn as much as possible during your tenure as a photographer.
1) Get as much photography education is possible. This industry is very "status" oriented. The more education you get the better chance you have of finding someone will want to employ your services. Photographers with more photography and artistic education will earn more than those without.
2) Another equally important, if not more important element to a successful and profitable photography career is to shoot as many great shots as possible of high profile events or people. Being able to name drop, or event drop in this industry will ensure you can charge the best rates in the industry. Try your hardest to get a couple high profile people, places or things under your belt. To the average person or business your credibility will automatically shoot up. Imagine you're looking to get some family portraits done and you have the option of choosing two different photographers. One of the photographers has photographed a couple of celebrities while the other hasn't. You will probably be more likely to want the higher profile photographer. Buying photography is very emotional just like all other buying. While the photographer who photographs celebrities isn't necessarily better than the other photographer, but the public will see it that way. Plus, when they tell their friends who their photographer is they will enjoy saying "they are the same photographer that photographed ____________ (insert high profile name or event here)".
3) Get as much experience as possible and build a breathtaking portfolio. In this industry you can greatly improve your earning potential by having a strong eye for detail. Look at other photographers portfolios and incorporate all of the most eye catching elements into your own portfolio. Always present yourself in a professional manner and make sure you get to show people your work and talk about your accomplishments.
4) A photography career requires a wide degree of creativity. You'll need to be able to change with the times and quickly change to meet someone else's photographic expectations. Working as a photographer means you'll be working in a very competitive environment. This is because many creative and entrepreneurial people feel passionate about this industry. You'll need to ensure you separate yourself from the pact with your own unique style and good sense of creativity. Buy various style magazines and photography journals. Watch creative movies and learn as much about fashion as possible. The better your understanding of style the more employable you'll be.
The above will hold true whether you are like half of the photographers out there today and self employed or if you are employed by a company or other institution. Being able to tell a story visually can be a very exciting thing. Now you just have to find a way to be able to do it and get paid for it!

How to Use Butterfly Lease Options in Real Estate Investing
Some homeowners when approached to sell their homes have expectations of receiving prices that haven't existed for years. These folks seldom or never get their price because of appraisal and financing issues. There are solutions for investors to control these properties and for the homeowners to sell them, if there is equity in the property.
The American Dream was to buy a home in a nice neighborhood and pay off the mortgage so the asset would become part of a person's retirement nest egg. This happened many times and retirees often have properties that are fully paid for or have very small mortgages. Using creative financing an investor may be able to buy these properties, but often the seller wants to cash out. For these people a butterfly lease option may be an answer that is a win-win for all the parties involved.
The process usually starts with a homeowner who says he won't take less than a certain amount for his property. Usually, this price is close to fair market value because the homeowner has done his research. His home may be the largest asset he has so he has spent time watching sales in his neighborhood and comparing prices and conditions. When an investor approaches him, he may be cagy about a price and give the investor a sales pitch based on neighborhood comparable sales.
As an example, let's say a homeowner's asking price is $100,000 and he has no mortgage on his property. The fair market value of the property is also $100,000 so there is no equity for an investor if he pays what the seller is asking. This situation could be an ideal candidate for a butterfly lease option and become a win-win for all three parties involved.
Do not try proposing a lease option over the telephone to a seller. It is too complicated without a complete presentation and the average time an investor has to capture the interest of a prospective seller is only 30 seconds.
In a butterfly lease option, the homeowner (optionor) gives a perspective buyer (optionee) an option contract that specifies the terms of the Option Contract. These terms will include the time to exercise, strike or purchase price, non-refundable option consideration, who pays for what repairs, extensions if available and the sale price. In addition, the buyer will sign a lease with the seller that states the usual terms of a lease, such as monthly rent and term of the lease. The two documents may be "linked" so that a default on a rental payment nullifies the option agreement.
In a butterfly lease option, the tenant and optionee, re-options and re-leases the property to another so called end-buyer who will actually close on the property and live in it for years to come. The original seller and the investor as optionor and optionee will be called A to B for this example and the investor and the end-buyer will now be called optionor and optionee but B to C. The investor (B) will collect rent from end-buyer (C) and pay the seller (A) a lesser amount of rent. The investor's non-refundable option consideration will be $100 but the end-buyer's will be $3,500 or more. Finally, the end-buyer will have a purchase (strike) price of $120,000 if he elects to exercise the option in a year or so.
In an ideal world, the following can happen:
1. The seller is paid $800 a month in rent or a 9.6% yield on his $100,000 sale price without selling the property.
2. The investor charges the end-buyer $1,250 a month rent and pockets a profit of $450 per month or $5,400 income a year on his $100 option consideration investment.
3. At the term of the lease/option, the end-buyer can exercise the option and buy the property in which case the investor will make an additional $20,000 or the difference between what the seller wanted and what the end-buyer paid.
4. At the end of the lease/option, the end-buyer can change his mind and not exercise the option and move on and forfeit his non-refundable option consideration (not a deposit). In this case the investor makes $3,500 and loses $100 to the seller if he doesn't exercise his original option.
In summary, the benefit to the homeowner is that his equity he will take out of the property will now earn many times the income he could have gotten with a certificate of deposit in a bank. He also still owns the property and can resell it in the future if this doesn't work. The best tip I could give you is do a single document lease and option with the seller and two documents ( lease and option) with the end-buyer for your protection. Many states have passed consumer laws to protect optionees and optionors, so always check with a local real estate attorney before you try this yourself.

The Meaning of Life - Why Are We Here
To the physical eye we are humans, to the inner eye we are much more. Our human body is only one part of the reality in which we find ourselves. It is the outer physical shell in which our consciousness is housed. Our attention is focused in humanity. We are focused in our lives here on Earth, and so we should be.
If we are here, we are here for a reason, nothing happens without a reason, though it is not always necessary to know the hows and whys. Could it be that we are here simply to live? A song comes to mind, by Patrick Hernandez, 'Born to be Alive'. After all the questioning throughout history could the answer be that simple, given to us in the words of a pop song.
We are here to live, to experience, to taste, to feel and to create. We can create happiness or sadness, build or destroy, it is up to us. If we live to be alive we don't even have to think about creating a positive reality, as it comes naturally. We can live our lives in wonder, and build, or we can live our lives in apathy, and destroy. Recently I witnessed the two different ways of living.
A butterfly fluttered around in front of me, probably the last butterfly of summer, it was a pleasure to see. It landed on the ground. A child standing nearby went over to it, I thought to admire and wonder at its beauty. Instead, she put her foot on it and flattened it. I stood in shock, hardly believing what she had done. Shortly after, she walked by with her father and he too put his foot on it, I like to believe by accident but who knows.
Another day, a child found a moth in a garden, maybe not as beautiful as the butterfly but the beauty was in the wonder of the child. He held it gently in his hand and wanted to keep the moth safe from harm. He put it on his arm and asked someone to take a photo so he could remember that moment. He then hid it in a bush.
Two simple examples of two different ways of living. If we live our lives destructively so will be our lives, if we smile, laugh, protect, wonder and build positive realities, big and small, so will be our lives. Alive means taking part in the wonder of life, not trudging around complaining, squashing it. When we trudge and squash we are not living. Life can be a challenge and if it is, it is because we wanted it that way. The sun always shines, sometimes it is hidden behind clouds but it is enough to get in a plane and rise above those clouds to see the sun in its constant splendour.
We were indeed born to be alive, born to rise above the clouds and live with the sunrise in our hearts. We were born to be alive, to live to be alive. The meaning of life is life.
Come and share your experiences with a group of kind, supportive and respectful people from all over the globe at http://www.projectradiantlight.com/ We love imagination!

Loving Yourself: Are You A Caterpillar Or A Butterfly?
How is your relationship with yourself? Do you have a relationship with you? I encourage you to ponder into the deep side of you and meditate upon the mysteries of who you are, or better yet, of whom you can become. I firmly believe that before we can have significant and lasting relationships with others, we need to understand the person we are now and the person we can become.
I urge you to break free from your inhibitions and ask yourself, "Who am I?" "What is my purpose in life?" Answer with complete truth and honesty. Then live your life off of that foundation. Base your life upon who you are. Break free from your doubts and fears and be happy loving who you are. Once you love who you are, you will be totally free to love others.
I believe our whole purpose on this earth is to love others with complete and true love. We certainly cannot love properly if we are hiding inside our insecurities and not really loving ourselves. Hiding behind a sea of emotions or a certain weakness will keep us from growing into the person we were meant to be. Being afraid to love others because of being hurt in the past also keeps us from trusting others enough to love.
The first step in growing out from self is to understand what your purpose, goals, ideas, and dreams in life are. Believe it or not, some folks aren't sure what their purpose and goals in life are and live in a depressed state of aimless wondering and disillusionment. But it doesn't have to be like that!
The focus here is to grow out from self by knowing first, who we are, and then secondly working towards the substance of who we are. Who are you? What are you? Where are you going? Why are you going? Find it, seek it, acknowledge it, know it, and go after it with gusto!
It's like a caterpillar that eventually metamorphosis (grows) into a beautiful butterfly. All of God's creation has the ability to become beautiful butterflies. But not all of God's creation will become a beautiful butterfly. Why is that? A caterpillar doesn't allow himself to be free from self. Whether it is through a weakness or fear, a caterpillar must break free from what is holding him back by realizing he can become a butterfly.
A butterfly is free from the restraints of self. A butterfly has grown out from self and now seeks to love others with all the love he has while a caterpillar is still seeking to be loved by others. Unfortunately, many caterpillars do not know they have the ability to become butterflies and so remain in their cocoon until they die off.
I encourage you to come out of your cocoon and become the butterfly you were meant to become. Learn to know who you are by having a relationship with yourself by growing out from any negativities wedged within your mental and spiritual capacities.
Low self worth, fear, mistrust, insecurities, sin, and unbelief will keep you from discovering the natural and true person you really are. But when you have enough belief in God then you know He will keep you safe from those feelings that plague you or that would keep you from growing into the butterfly you were meant to be.
The fearful and insecure person is the one who hides behind negative emotions and is enveloped within a particular weakness in their life. Unbelief is a weakness. Unbelief in the Creator is the biggest and most damaging weakness a person can carry upon their shoulders.
For fifteen years I lived in my weakness of unbelief, which prompted my drinking, which fueled my addiction to alcohol. After becoming sober, I lived three more years basking in negative emotions. During those years, I didn't know how to have a relationship with myself because my relationship was with the bottle. I was rebellious to my marriage and God.
My low self-esteem kept me living in a cocoon bound by a web of deceit that kept me from growing into the beautiful butterfly I was meant to become. I was afraid to grow out from self and get to know God. I encourage you to get to know who you are, because that is what God wants for you. Come out of hiding all you caterpillars in become free butterflies!
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come! 2 Corinthians 5:17

Review of the Mariah Carey CD Butterfly
Butterfly is the latest Pop CD released by the richly talented Mariah Carey who once again has delivered a brilliant collection of tracks. I'm confident Mariah Carey fans, and Pop fans alike will be pleased with this one.
Butterfly opens with an outstanding track, Honey, that I suspect will be heard on radio stations everywhere, and deservedly so. It really is a very nice track.
Mariah Carey possesses the characteristic of being able to win you over with her talent alone. The kind of artist I frankly just flat out enjoy listening to.
Listen to Butterfly and I believe you'll find there's not much to dis-like about it. The songs are inspired, the production is simply outstanding, and Mariah Carey is clearly in top form. So much so that if you're even mildly into Pop music you'll enjoy this CD.
While the entire CD is really very good the truly standout tunes are track 5 - Fourth Of July, track 9 - Whenever You Call, and track 12 - Outside.
My Bonus Pick, and the one that got Sore [...as in "Stuck On REpeat"] is track 1 - Honey. Great track!

Hormone Replacement Therapy Does Have Side Effects - Testicle Shrinkage and Infertility
In life, everything is connected. Just as they talk in chaos theory about the butterfly flapping its wings on one side of the world creating a tropical cyclone across the other side, the universe we live is based on the most base of all rules - cause and effect. Every effect in life has a cause, and every cause has an effect.
With this in mind, it is not hard to imagine what happens to our body if we interfere with its harmony and balance with drugs and this is especially true if we introduce synthetic hormones into our body. Hormone Replacement Therapy as prescribed by doctors where there is very low levels of testosterone present does cause effects on the body. Some of the effects are desired, including increased activity levels which in turn causes lower body fat and more muscle mass, increased sex drive and longer term it will greatly assist in reducing heart related diseases, obesity and diabetes.
However such drug usage will also have negative side effects mostly to the testicles which are no longer being used to naturally produce hormones. Because the brain detects the artificial hormones it determines that there is no need to make any more, and so the testes are directed to cease production until further notice. With continued use of the drugs, this "until further notice" never happens as the brain is always detecting the presence of high levels of testosterone.
Within months, the testicles basically close up shop and shrink from lack of use. With prolonged use, the shrunken testicles will cease production of sperm and the man is then infertile. If the drugs are obtained illegally, then it is probably with intentions of seriously pumping up massive muscle mass. But how manly is infertility and tiny testicles?
It is much more desirable to stimulate the body to produce its own testosterone rather than ingest synthetic drugs.

Small and Sexy Tattoo Designs For Girls - Butterfly, Flowers, Fairy and Star Tattoos
Girls not only want to have fun with their tattoos, they also used them to express themselves. A hibiscus flower on the shoulder blade perhaps, a cherry blossom tattoo on the foot or a cute butterfly on the hip; whatever art she chooses, it can definitely add to her trendy and sexy persona. Here are the top small tat designs that are in the list of girls' favorites.
Butterfly will always be timeless and classic because of their versatility and flexibility not to mention the symbolical meaning attached to it that a girl can always relate to. They can be inked in full colors or just plain black and still look awesome. They can be executed with tribal or Celtic styles or combine with other elements such as flowers or vines. They are associated with change, transformation and freedom which are all part of the stages that a girl go through in her life.
Flowers are naturally pretty and attractive. With their visual appeal plus the different meanings they represent, they have become an all time favorite. The most popular ones are the roses, cherry blossoms, lilies, lotus and hibiscus. They all symbolize beauty and strength which are both empowering for a girl's character.
Star tattoos are another design with wide adaptability and versatility. They can be inked alone or in clusters as shooting stars or constellations either in full colors or black ink. No matter how they are portrayed, star tats seem to naturally shine when inked on one's body.
Fairy tattoos seem to represent a girl's innocent yet naughty and playful side. They are cute, pretty and magical winged creature that can fly and cast spells with their wand or pixie dust. As a tattoo art, they definitely look dainty and charming.
These are just some of the tattoo designs that would still look beautiful and interesting even if they are tattooed on a miniature scale. They are best when inked on small areas of the body such as foot, ankle, wrist, upper back, and even lower back and shoulder blade.

The Swallowtail -- A Beautiful Butterfly
Swallowtail butterflies are some of the most beautiful butterflies found anywhere. The North American species are large, brightly colored butterflies with tailed, rear wings. There are more than 600 species worldwide with only about 30 of those living in North America. They have wingspans of 2 to 5 ½ inches long.
Most swallowtails belong to four general subgroups. These groups are the Black Swallowtails ( Papilio spp.), Giant Swallowtails ( Heraclides spp.), Tiger Swallowtails
(Pterourus spp.), and Pipevine Swallowtails ( Battus spp.).
The Zebra Swallowtails belong to another group, Eurytides.
The Black Swallowtails are black with yellow spots or broad yellow bands. Their caterpillars usually feed on plants in the carrot family such as Queen Anne's lace, parsley, or cow parsnip. North American members of this family include Eastern Black, Desert, Short-tailed, Western Black, Oregon, and Anise.
Giant Swallowtails are brown and yellow in color. Their caterpillars prefer citrus plants and trees, torchwood, prickly ash, and pepper plants, In North America you can find Thoas, Giant or Orange Dog, Schaus', and Ruby-spotted members of this group.
The Tiger Swallowtails are colored just as their name suggests, yellow with black stripes. You will find their caterpillars feeding on deciduous trees. They probably have the greatest variety of host plants, but their favorites include willow, cottonwood, birch, ash, poplar, sycamore and cherry trees. The Tiger, Western Tiger, Two-tailed Tiger, Pale Tiger, Spicebush or Green Cloud, and Palamedes all live in North America.
Pipevine Swallowtails are usually blackish in color. Their caterpillars eat pipe vines, aristolochias, which are woody vines with sharp smelling roots. This food makes most of these butterflies not very tasty to most predators. North American species include the Blue Swallowtail and the Gold Rim.
Zebra Swallowtails are aptly named for their color, which resembles that of a zebra, white with black stripes. There are only two members of this group in North America the Zebra and the Dark Zebra Swallowtail. You'll find their caterpillars on pawpaws and other members of the Asimina species. Because of this very specialized host plant, the Zebra numbers have dropped rapidly in recent years.
Have you seen a swallowtail recently?

Fourth Grade Science Fair Projects
Fourth grade students are very energetic and their span of attention or concentration is very small. Above that, they want to observe, infer, predict and classify anything taught on science. Learning by doing is a good concept and it registers in their young minds and they can never go wrong in their examinations. For this, a lot of schools conduct fourth grade science fair. Here, all the fourth grade science fair projects will be displayed.
The children explain their fourth grade science fair projects, while the others watch these projects and learn. Teaching them in a play way method is very effective. Here are few fourth grade science fair projects for this age group.
Salt increases the density of water. Add four to five tablespoons of salt in a glass of water stir it nicely and float an egg. Also add little more luke-warm fresh water and check, the egg will float in-between the salt and the water. Try using sugar or flour in the water the egg will sink.
Which water is good for plants can be made as a project by selecting a pot with some seeds; one pot can be watered with tap water, the other pot to be watered with only rain water. Check the growth for seven weeks; the rain water watered pot is better.
Will plants grow with a liquid other than water can be done in an effective project by selecting four pots, Water the first pot with water, second one with vinegar, third one with orange juice and fourth one with milk. The result is the one with water grows the maximum, the one with vinegar dies as it is an acid, the one with orange juice and milk also grows but nowhere near as much as the pure source.
A fourth grade science fair project to test which environment is best for plants. Take three pots, one with sand, one with soil, and one with gravel and put few seeds in each pot, wet them at regular intervals and make a graph, the seeds in the soil grew the maximum.
Classification of mammals -- Mammals are found every where. Polar bears in cold areas, camels in hot areas, moles live under the ground, bats live in caves and flies in the air and dolphins live in oceans. Fur and fat help them to protect themselves in cold regions and they sweat and pant to release their extra heat. A fourth grade science fair project can be made by cutting and pasting picture of mammals and their place of rest.
Sunflower house project: On the ground draw a square and plant sunflower seeds leaving enough space between two seeds all in the perimeter of the square, but don't forget to leave a little space in the front side for the door. Once the sunflower plants grow one inch, plant bean seeds around each sunflower plant. As they grow the beans will climb up the sunflower stalks and create a wonderful playhouse for the children. In this way they learn the characteristics of creepers, flower plants, trees, shrubs etc.
Excellent features of sunflowers are we can get oil, easy to grow and a good bird feeder, Make a sun and a flower and label its uses.
Life cycle of a butterfly - egg, caterpillar, cocoon and then a beautiful butterfly can be made live in your garden.
A Bird house can be made in wood, to encourage birds to come and live. Observe the birds and their habits.
Instincts can be taught in a project form by showing baby birds open their mouth for food, baby turtles know to go to the sea when their eggs hatch.
Children at this age group should be given simpler fourth grade science fair projects to keep them occupied. Once they are occupied and disciplined, teachers job become easier to make them learn and enjoy schooling.
Jordan Matthews is a High School Math and Science teacher who has worked as a judge and a coordinator of many science fairs. Check his Science Fair Project ideas website for some more ideas and information about experiments for all ages.

How To Webcam Chat Live On The Internet
Live webcam chat, also known as live video chat, or video conferencing, is the hip thing on the dating and social networking scene right now. After all, what's better than to see each other while chatting or instant messaging, and without leaving your home and in real-time?
This article explains how to webcam chat on internet, and what you need to get started.
Basically, you can webcam chat in two ways:
1) by audio or,
2) by text. When you video chat by audio, your can see and hear each other. By text, you type in the messages, but you still can see each other on your computer screens.
Before getting started in live webcam chatting there are a few things you will need. These are:
1. A computer with a later version Windows such as XP or Vista. Older versions may not support this relatively new form of communication.
2. A high speed internet connection (think DSL, broadband, cable, T1, Fiber Optics etc.): A dial-up connection is not be practical due to lugging issues.
3. Webcam: This is a web camera, popularly known as a webcam or cam for short. Some computers already come with an in-built webcam. Webcams are relatively inexpensive.
4. Software: Your webcam will typically come with a disk that installs the necessary software in your computer. This is as easy as plugging the disk into your CD drive and following the instructions. The software interprets and uploads images to be accessed through the Internet.
5. A web server: This is also referred to as a webcam chat room. It is, basically, a host site that facilitates the communication. The server must be robust enough to handle the video load which can easily cause an ordinary server to crush.
Of the above, perhaps the most difficult to decide on is the server. Typically, you and your chat friend(s) must all use the same company. The important thing here is to know why you want to chat. Do you simply want to connect with friends or relatives? Do you want to find a date? Or do your interests lean toward the risqué?
If you just want to chat with friends or relatives, then you can use one of the popular Internet services (Yahoo!, MSN, AOL, etc.) or a social networking site (MySpace.com, for example).
For those whose purpose is dating and/or erotic adult encounters, services do exist that specialize in adult webcam dating. Most adult webcam chat websites do allow free basic membership.
Whatever your purpose for webcam chatting, you should sign up with a reputable company. Why?
Well, some video chat companies have been known to install Trojan horses into an unsuspecting person's computer. Trojan horse software can activate your webcam without your knowledge, potentially catching you in a compromising situation - and broadcasting it worldwide!
Now find reputable live webcam video chat sites. David Kamau is an online dating and webcam chat enthusiast who also writes articles as well as reviews internet dating sites

Biggest Anaconda Snakes Found - Some Facts About It!
There has always been a lot of debate as to which snake holds the record of being the biggest snake. Anacondas have more often been considered the largest snake because of its huge dimensions. It is the biggest snake also because of its mass and weight. The other largest snake that comes nearest to it is the Asiatic Reticulated Python or scientifically known as Python reticulates.
Anacondas in the jungles of South America are considered to be bigger than the Python snake. The debate regarding the biggest anaconda found has not been resolved yet by crypto zoologist or zoologists. However, know that a fully grown anaconda snakes can easily kill a tiger or a crocodile.
Green Anacondas also known as water boas are considered to be the biggest and heaviest snakes in the world. The biggest snakes of these species can grow to be up to 35 feet (11 meters) long and can weigh up to 1,000 pounds (500 kilograms). The Green Anaconda, supposed to be the biggest snake found is of a dark green colour with black oval patches on its back.
This drab pattern enables the snake to easily blend with the wet, dense vegetations of its habitat. The sides have similar spots with yellow centers. There have been a lot of stories going around that the biggest Anaconda would probably be more than 40 feet, but such stories and reports have not yet been proved. Specimen's bigger than 35 feet have never been captured.
Anacondas of such huge size are termed as cryptids. Anacondas of such huge length are extremely rare to sight. Instead stories of such big anacondas devouring animals and human beings are found more in films and stories but in real life they are probably extremely rare.
European colonisers and explorers as well as natives are reported to have first sighted the biggest anaconda's measuring up to 60 feet (18 meters) long in the dense jungles of South America. The Wildlife Conservation Society in the early 20th century onwards offered a large cash reward for the delivery of any snake (live) of 30 feet or more in length.
The prize has never been claimed despite the numerous reporting and sightings of giant anacondas. There has also been several surveys carried on in Brazil but those found are no where near to the claims of the biggest anaconda found.
There have been several claims about the biggest anaconda found. A colombia petrolium expedition in 1944 claimed that they have measured an anaconda 37.5 feet long. A scientist named Vincent Roth claimed that he had shot a Anaconda 34 feet long. Percy Faucett, an adventurer made a tall claim.
The biggest Anaconda found by him measured 62 feet from nose to tail. Faucett claimed that he had shot the Anaconda. A historian named Mike Dash has been severely criticized by critics because he said he had sighted Anaconda's ranging from 100 to 150 feet. Mike Dash supported his arguments with the help of pictures but pictures unfortunately do not have scale. There have been so many claims and counter claims that it is difficult to ascertain the biggest Anaconda snakes that have been sighted. It could range from more than 30 feet to 150 feet.
Warning: Michael Gutemberg's video and content in the Anaconda Snakes section is for educational and scientific studies, not for everyone to indulge. An update on the latest Biggest Anaconda Found that kept many people shocked is now live.

Bringing the Butterfly to Light - Overcoming Fear
Today I saw a butterfly come out from it's cocoon. It fought, it struggled, and it emerged...Strong, free, vibrant, and ready to fly. Like the cocoon of the butterfly so many of us have self-imposed cocoons made up of fears. Our fears, which we create to protect us, are in many cases the barrier that is holding us back. We should pattern the actions of the butterfly and emerge from our cocoons of fear. Imagine a life in which there was no fear holding you back from what you truly want. Being able to have that life depends upon how determined you are to break free from your cocoon.
When it comes to fears, we need to understand they originate from a perception of a situation we deemed to be negative. Our perceptions are a compellation of our past conversations and experiences. These perceptions create our thoughts and emotions that are linked to our fears. So, at the root of our fears are our perceptions. Therefore, since we are the creators of our own perceptions we also have the power to change our perceptions. If we change our perceptions we change our thoughts and emotions thus, giving us an avenue for alleviating our fears.
Since my passion is helping people achieve their full potential, I have assisted many to overcome the fears that are blocking them from their great potential. One of my clients, Sarah, had a fear of being judged by people. This fear inhibited her from speaking up in meetings, public speaking, and even pursuing her passion of dancing. She was allowing this fear to keep her in her protective cocoon that was holding her back from what gave her the most happiness in life.
When we began working on this fear Sarah told me about how she had danced from the time she was four until she was eleven. At eleven she no longer had a desire to dance. Going back to when she was eleven she remembered a time when she was on stage at a rehearsal. Her mom sat in the audience with some of the other parents watching the rehearsal. When Sarah was dancing she remembered looking out at her mom in the audience and saw that she was looking at Sarah and laughing. Immediately, Sarah's perception was that her mom was laughing at her. Sarah's thoughts and emotions that surrounded this told her that she was not good enough, she must look stupid up there, she felt embarrassment, and humiliation. This then produced her cocoon of the fear of being judged by people.
When working through Sarah's fear we decided that whatever perception she had as an eleven-year-old child may lack validity. We agreed that she could not hold herself hostage by something that she saw through the lens of an eleven year old.
Next, we worked to change Sarah's perspective of the situation of her mom laughing at her. I asked Sarah if she knew without a doubt that it was true that her mom was laughing at her. Her answer was no. We determined that Sarah's mom could have been laughing for many other reasons since sitting around her was several other parents with whom she was talking. With this new perspective Sarah was able to reframe her thoughts and emotions to be positive rather than destructive.
Last, we set up a plan for Sarah to begin breaking free from her cocoon. She began getting back to what she loved; dance. Sarah has worked very hard and next month will have her first ballroom dancing competition. Sarah is allowing herself to live her passion.
Have you ever felt like you are the butterfly struggling to get out? Do you feel there is more you should be doing, but your cocoon of fear is holding you back? What would you do if you had no fears holding you back? How limitless would your opportunities be? Now is the time to flex your power over your fears. Now is the time to change perceptions from your past so you can move forward on your dreams. Now is the time to emerge from your cocoon ready to fly.

When Were You Born? The Turtle Clan in Native American Astrology
Which clan do you belong to: turtle, butterfly, frog or thunderbird?
This article is one of a series I have written about Native American spirituality, in general, and Native American astrology, in particular. Within that series, we are taking a look at each of the four clans.
Native American Astrology
As a spiritual system, it uses a twelve-month calendar and matches birthdates with power animals, moon phases, elements, stones and crystals, seasons and animal clans.
Native American astrology matches each month with a clan animal whose spirit helps you develop an intuitive inner knowing and a deeper connection with your true self. There are four clans: turtle, butterfly, frog and thunderbird.

If you are a member of the turtle clan then that means that turtle is one of your power animals, with you for life, helping you connect with your true self...

What Turtle Offers You
"Turtle is the calm, cool and collected contemplator." --Stefanie Weiss, Spirit Animals: Unlocking the Secrets of Our Animal Companions
If you are feeling overwhelmed by life's challenges, stressed out or jangled by your frenetic, hectic, schedule and you know you need to stop and recover, turtle can help. If you need restful time in nature, take turtle along as a silent companion.
If you're worried about "not enough" ~~ it feels like there isn't enough time to get it all done or not enough money for what you need, etc., call on turtle's grounding, comforting, nurturing energy.
Some Native Americans believe that the shell of the turtle symbolizes the spiritual protection it offers. You also can call on its energy when you want to deepen your connection to Mother Earth.
How to Deepen Your Connection
(1) Use vanilla essential oil. Its warm, comforting, nurturing, earth-mother energy complements turtle's energy and will help to enhance your experience.
(2) Take a day off and spend some of that time journaling. Slow down the pace a little. Move more slowly through your day. Remember that you're not trying to win the race, you just need to get to the finished line at some point.
Turtle Lessons
From time to time, ask yourself if you are taking enough time for yourself. Turtle will help you nurture and ground yourself.
Are there things you aren't seeing or hearing that are important? Are you missing vital information as life flies by? Turtle sharpens vision and can give you with clairaudience.
