Mattresses on Sale - Finding the Right Place For the Right Mattress
Finding some good mattresses on sale may be very hard to do, nevertheless, everyone can agree that it is very rewarding. Knowing where to search for a good mattress at the best price is very important, especially in the economic state that we live in today. There are various places that you can turn to, to find a good mattress sale, and this article will seek to guide you in the right direction. Do bear in mind that you will need to do some amount of searching and research, and you may also need to exercise patience in order to find the perfect mattresses on sale.
A good place to start searching for mattresses on sale is at your local retail stores. These stores are always trying to get rid of old stock in order to make way for new stock, and so from time to time they will sell the old stock of mattresses at a very good price. They will also more than likely have brand name mattresses, along with mattresses that are dependable and reliable at great discount prices. The weekend is the best time to visit, as this is when they tend to put the mattresses on sale. If you have a retail store near you that is a part of a big chain they may even be online, giving you the option of ordering your mattress online. However, visiting the store is always recommended as you will have the opportunity to test the product before buying it.
Another option is to check the wholesales or factories. Even though the factories will hardly have mattresses on sale, they are one of the best places to get a good mattress for a great price. Most of the mattresses they supply will be nicely priced to suit any budget. The only downfall is that the mattresses in most cases will have the brand of the store, so if you are specifically shopping for a brand, then this option will not be best for you. Wholesales however will have sales from time to time, and also have their mattresses priced at great prices.
You can also surf the net, as various stores online are always having mattresses on sale. However, you will need to be careful and make every effort to ensure that the website is legitimate. In addition, check to see the checking out process on the site is a secure one. The check can be done by watching the http in the address bar. If the site is secure when you press the buy button it will change from http to https. You should also bear in mind that any mattresses on sale online will need to be shipped to you and this will result in you paying more money.
There is also the option of searching the classified section in your newspaper for mattresses on sale. You can also check craigslist, however, in most cases mattresses on sale in the classifieds on craigslist has already been owned and so may be second hand mattresses.
David has been writing articles for nearly 2 years. Come visit one of his latest websites over at www.mattressesforsalecenter.com which helps people find the best mattresses for sale. We all know there are numerous types of mattresses on the market and it is hard to know which one is the best one for us.

Koi Water - Keeping Your Koi Pond's Water Clean
The water in which your Koi thrive and live is where they eat, sleep and feed, that's why keeping your pond clean should be one of your top priorities. Having a clean pond will give your pets a stress free life, otherwise, if you have an unclean one, your fish will suffer and die. Think of it like this: if you have an unclean pond, it's just like your fish is living in a bathroom toilet. Your pond's water should be almost completely clear, containing no floating debris, and your fish should appear as if its floating in air! One good indication of an unclean pond is when you can't see the bottom of it.
Seeing a pond that has a beautiful landscape with flowers blooming in beautiful colors will surely give joy to you, but, keep in mind that no matter how beautiful the scenery of the landscape of your pond is, it wouldn't be successful unless you can always have beautiful fish within it. Although it resembles nature, remember that a pond is just a large outdoor fish tank, and it calls for a need to treat it as such! And as a fish tank as it is, they need lots and lots of care. Filtration should be added to the pond so as to maintain good quality of the water. And pump systems should be applied to keep the water moving as well.
Now, it is not necessary for owners to feed their fish with many pounds of food per week, as having to much of this will produce a large amount of waste (and these wastes could be from the digestion process of the fish, or those leftover and uneaten food that has settled at the bottom of the pond and became spoiled. One good way to take care of your pond is to vacuum its bottom out as much as you can, and ensure that all of the drainage systems are clear and working very well.
Being located in the outdoors, your pond will face problems that a normal indoor fish never deals with. As debris has easy access to your pond, skimming is required to maintain its cleanliness. It's very important that your pond gets cleaned as much as possible (if you don't clean it, the health of your fish will be at stake!). Large amounts of those debris will stress them out, making them prone to virus and disease.
In addition, you can put preventative measures in your pond to ensure its cleanliness. Keeping your pond moving (with the help of pumps) will keep your water quality up, as it adds more oxygen to the water, and it also makes the debris float so that these can easily be collected for cleaning. For moving water, you can place add-on structures like fountains, waterfalls, etc. Another way to ensure cleanliness is by keeping the number of Koi that you have down. Buy smaller amounts of fish because they can always spawn offspring in the future. Remember this: less fish, less waste!

Top Tips to Declutter Your Room and Declutter Your Life
It can be discouraging and depressing to live in clutter. Clutter has a way of multiplying, so it's no longer just that little bit of clutter you left after paying the bills. Now, there are newsletters and magazines and CD's that you didn't have the time to put away. You want to read the magazines before you throw them out and you want to record the bill payments. What can you do?
Clutter Tip 1: Sometimes Outside Help is Valuable, and Sometimes Not
How overwhelming is the clutter to you? Do you have a way of dealing with it, or are you without a plan? Sometimes this is the case when there is limited storage in your home.
Bringing in family or friends can sometimes be a great help. They see clutter as clutter where you might see it as important. This is a help if it truly is clutter. It is not such a help if you need a record of your business luncheon receipts, but not your old grocery receipts.
Clutter Tip 2: How long do you have to hold on to old bills?
Whether paid or unpaid, a bill is not important once it's 90 days old. After 90 days, you've had at least two other, updated bills. The old information just isn't important unless you have one credit card for business. Since these purchases will all be tax deductible, this is a useful record. Save these. Discard all others.
Clutter Tip 3: How long do you hold on to magazines?
My recommendation is that you read a new magazine the week that it arrives. Then, unless you have a waiting room for patients, discard it or donate it to the lunchroom of your job after tearing off the label. This way, it doesn't become clutter in your space.
Clutter Tip 4: How to store books when you have no more shelf space
It's easy to make a simple bookshelf and I recommend this. It won't look like a built in shelf, but it will hold a lot of books. You can paint it to match the molding, to contrast with your wall color by making it lighter or darker, or to blend in with your wall color. Use a semi gloss or gloss as these are more durable and don't stain.
Or, you can hang shelves directly on the wall using brackets held on with butterfly screws or one of the other kinds that involves drilling a hole and putting in a plastic holder before you screw in the screw. Books are fairly heavy, so I use two brackets for a three or four foot shelf. For a longer shelf, I would use three brackets.
Sometimes people stack bricks and run a shelf across the bricks, and then stack some more bricks and run another shelf. These are quick and strong, but it will always look like a dorm room solution. Simply stacking books next to a chair is not a storage solution, but clutter.
Books are useful and beautiful, and only become clutter when you can't get to them or find them when you need them.
What is Clutter?
Perhaps it's important at this point to define clutter. If you can't run a vacuum or dust all your tables and counters without moving "stuff", you have clutter. You might have a collection of antique angels or some other theme. If it is sitting on a table and not on a shelf, it's clutter.
Now, some people have kitchen equipment out all the time on their counter. They use it often and it takes a great deal of their time to put it away and take it out again.
That is the definition. Clutter takes your time. It takes time to move it out of the way and it takes time when you can't find what you are looking for.
It is not clutter if it saves you time in the kitchen. But, if you have to move the food processor every time you make coffee or rice which you do on a daily basis, it has become clutter. Put the food processor away to make room for the equipment that you use daily unless you also use the food processor daily.
Clutter is ugly. If a piece of equipment is ugly, put it away except when you are using it. There is no reason to make your kitchen look crowded and unattractive for a piece of equipment that you use twice a month. Put it away.
Perhaps you leave the bills out until you pay them. This is a fairly common filing system. You would do better to buy an attractive accordion envelope to keep in your office area. Let that be the "To Be Paid" envelope. Sometimes they are alphabetized, and sometimes they have numbers, 1 to 31 to correspond with the days of the month. This is a useful system for tracking their due dates and it keeps them organized and off of your coffee table.
When I was working as a manager in a large organization, my immediate supervisor took a course in time management and learned to clear her desk at the end of the day. That way, each morning she would come in to a clear desk and put one project on her desk at a time.
I didn't subscribe to that system because I always had 30 or so projects going at any one time. All 30 were on my desk in case a customer called about theirs, or in case one of my providers called to alert me of trouble or delay. This worked while I had only 30 projects. But, sometimes they grew to 100 or more.
I finally got a large file cabinet that fit nicely right beside my desk, and learned to put them in or take them out as needed.
Clutter Tip 5: Are File Cabinets Worth the Money and the Space?
File Cabinets are useful only if you use them. I have several friends who are historians and they keep papers, newspapers, and articles that have historical value. These have to be filed and they use them often.
Filing old bills is not a good use of the file cabinet. If you do not go into the file cabinet for information as often as you put stuff into it, you are just using it to delay throwing it out. A small cabinet for your equipment information, insurances and tax related information is all most homes will ever need. In most cases, an accordion file will be enough.
Clutter Tip 6: How to Use the Electronic File
Computers now come with calendars, a word processing program and a number (such as Excel) or financial program (such as Money or Quicken). If yours didn't come with one, it is well worth buying it.
Keep your due dates on the calendar. You can even keep track of your workouts, and I have used it to keep track of the way I was spending my cash. Quicken is marvelous for keeping track of all the expenditures from your checking account. You can download directly from most on-line banking systems. It will sort your expenses (debit card, credit card and checking expenditures) for you into categories. This is most useful at tax time and, from experience, I can tell you that the IRS auditor is happy to work from your Quicken record when they have questions.
Important documents can be scanned and filed on your hard drive, or an external drive. If you don't have a great grasp of setting up file cabinets on your computer, set up folders on your mail server and email the documents as attachments to yourself. Then, put them in the appropriate file. You won't need to search at home and you'll have access to them if you need them while at work.

Time to Get Out of Your Comfort Zone
Do you know what your comfort zone is? Do you recognize the physiological and psychological symptoms of when you are pushed by events or people to get out of your comfort zone? Your comfort zone is often the place where you are able to operate on automatic pilot and produce stellar results. So why would want to get out of your comfort zone?
The list is endless. Maybe you want to pursue a new dream or goal. Maybe you want to grow personally or professionally. Maybe you are bored and really do not like being in your comfort zone. We all have stayed employed at jobs where we did not like the people or the work yet we stayed because it was comfortable. We made up excuses on why we could not job hunt or do something different.
Today is the day to take action to get out of your comfort zone. I want you to implement my five tips below so you can turn your dreams into reality.
1. Dare to dream. Find a quiet spot and take time to reminisce on things you wanted to accomplish in this lifetime. How many do you still want to accomplish? Write them in a journal or on a piece of paper.
2. MAP. Start designing your master action plan on how you will accomplish each goal or dream. It is ok to take baby steps. Assign goal completion dates beside each task so you know the date you want to have each goal completed.
3. Reward. How are you going to reward yourself for completing each goal? You may have small rewards for baby steps and larger rewards for the bigger goals.
4. Tell the World. Announce to your friends and family your new goals. Solicit their help in pushing you out of your comfort zone and completing your goals.
5. Examine Your Environment. You will need to take time to examine your environment so you can pinpoint people, places, and things that are sabotaging your efforts to move forward and escape your comfort zone. You will need to recognize people that are jealous that you are moving forward and you will want to recognize places and things that keep you from moving forward i.e. fear, time, lack of knowledge, etc. Do not let people, places, and things keep you from turning your dreams into reality.
As long as you are in your comfort zone, you are not growing personally or professionally. I want you to embrace the butterflies in your tummy feeling. I want you acknowledge that sweaty palms are a sign of growth. Now is the time to take a deep breath, enter a room full of strangers at a networking event, and say hello first. When you implement my five tips above you will be able to propel yourself to take action and get yourself out of your comfort zone. I challenge you to get out of your comfort zone and start turning your dreams into reality.

Flower and Butterfly Tattoos - A Gorgeous Combination
Flower and butterfly tattoos work well together. If you could only stand for one thing, what would it be? Your tattoo is a reflection of your thoughts and your beliefs. To come up with a tattoo that is uniquely you, you want to ask yourself, if I could pick only one symbol to express myself what would it be. If you can't come up with just one, that's fine, you may find that you're a blend of a couple different symbols because you have a blend of a couple different personalities. Let your tattoo express that. You can combine different tattoos to come up with your true expression.
There are two elements in nature that are used to express a lot of different meanings through tattoos - flowers and butterflies.
There is an enormous choice of flower tattoo designs available. Flower tattoos are very flexible. Not only are there hundreds of different flowers but each has a symbolic meaning which can give you a number of ways to show your true self to the world. If you combine two different flowers together, you are not only mixing different colors but different symbols to capture a unique feeling. Do a little research on the meaning of flowers so you can be sure of the statement you are making to the world with your tattoo.
Butterfly tattoos can symbolize so many things. Everyone knows how a caterpillar changes into a beautiful butterfly, only to live for a short time. A butterfly tattoo can symbolize a new beginning or embarking on a new adventure. It can also express the fragility of life.
You can add two different flowers together or two different butterflies and have a great tattoo. But when you add a flower and a butterfly together, you open up a whole new world of possibilities. Not much is prettier than a picture of a butterfly about to land and taste the sweet nectar of a flower.
Women with beautiful tattoos are often considered to be more confident, more feminine and more attractive. It is hard to find a more sensual being than a woman with a flower and butterfly tattoo placed just so you can see it on the shoulder, lower back or ankle.
Choosing a tattoo can be a hard decision. It will be with you for life so you want it to be unique and imaginative. Stop wasting time looking at website after website. Spend your time looking through thousands of the best tattoo designs all in one place.

Face Painting For Kids - A Great Party Idea If You Follow These Essential Rules
The application of cosmetic paint on the face with some artistry with it is known as Face Painting. This activity is usually used on occasions like Halloween and other special events. Both adults and kids like face painting but face painting for kids yields the most fun in watching their creativity and self-expression shine.
Face painting has a lot of uses varying from the use for cultural and religious rituals and ceremonies, to camouflage purposes of military men. It has been the tradition way back the ancient years. And now, face painting is used for the purpose of costume and fun. So if you plan to put this on your program list, then it is vital that you know that there are ideal types of paints that are applicable to the face.
The skin on the face is more sensitive compared to other parts of the body. Additionally, children's skin is more sensitive than adult's. Body paint is never advisable to use on the face. Others like Tempera and Acrylic paints are a no-no since it may cause allergic reactions or worse, permanent damage to some people when applied on facial skin. Instead, water based make up is most recommended to use when face painting, especially on kids, since it is manufactured ideally for use on the face. It is rest assured that it's safe and lowers the risk of acquiring skin allergy.
Here are some superb painting ideas for the little ones:
- Cat faces are easy to make and are a big hit to kids. That is why this is one of the most famous painting ideas suited for them.
- Particularly for the little boys, superhero designs are a top pick too. The simplest face painting of a superhero that you can copy is Spiderman. It will only use black, red and white paint.
- A good alternative for a mask on Halloween is painting their favorite cartoon character on their face. Kids love cartoon characters and it's a great idea that they will surely enjoy.
- Use red and white lipstick in painting your face whenever you plan to mimic a clown look. Those colors are the usual ones that clowns wear.
- Dogs, butterflies, rabbits and other animals are also famous designs of face painting ideas for kids.
It is easy to choose painting ideas for kids. It's not required for you to be a novice artist. All you have to do is to make them search for a pattern on the internet and then copy it. This activity of face painting is surely one fresh idea to make Halloween more enjoyable for kids. It's something that they don't usually do on a daily basis and they'll love it when they are able to sketch on their faces.
Release your child's artistic potentials and allow them to have fun on Halloween by letting them paint their own faces. There are loads of ideas for face painting for kids. You don't even have to research at times. Just allow you and your child's creativity to prosper and make a design that he or she desires.
And now I would like to give you even more great kids party ideas when you visit http://kidspartycostumes.net/

Cherokee Museum
The Cherokee tribe is very proud of its history and culture. Many people probably travel to Gatlinburg Tennessee or the Great Smoky Mountains national park you will want to make it a point to travel over the mountain into North Carolina. If you take the Newfound Gap Road over the mountain you will end up in the town of Cherokee. This is a great town that you can learn quite a bit of information from about the history of one of the Native American cultures. One of the best places to go to is the museum that is in the town when in the museum you will learn more than what you ever thought possible.
One of the great reasons to make sure that you go to the museum is because you can learn quite a bit of information that you might not learn elsewhere. While at this location you can learn more about the beliefs that the Cherokee people have and how they used to live. You might think that the history books that you have in school are good enough to teach you what you need to know, but if you want an expanded history of this great culture you will want to ensure a visit to the Cherokee Museum.
Another great reason that you will want to visit the museum is that it will allow you to go into the gift shop. I know that you can get into the gift shop without having to go through the tour, but the gift shop is by far one of the nicest places to go into while traveling. The people are very friendly and are more than willing to help you find what you are looking for.
While many people will travel to Gatlinburg not as many will venture into the Cherokee side of the mountain. However, I do encourage you make this trip for the learning that is available in the Cherokee museum. If you want to learn even more information about Cherokee Museum visit that site.

Easy Steps to Your Own Saltwater Fish Tank
Whoever told you that it was too hard to start your own saltwater fish tank was wrong! Saltwater fish are in a league of their own in terms of color and beauty. More and more people have realized that having their own saltwater fish tank is not a great mystery that only the experts can manage.
Here are some simple steps to get you started on your own saltwater fish tank.
1.Setting up your tank
Saltwater fish or marine fish are less tolerant to changes or conditions than freshwater fish. Before even thinking of chucking your fish in, you have to let the water build up the natural levels of pH, minerals and bacteria and this can take up to 2 months. First you will need to add crushed coral to the base of the tank, then the best option is to use real saltwater from the ocean which is available in the specialty fish stores. You will also need to add "live rock" or rocks from the ocean to get your microscopic organisms working to balance your water. You will need your filter to be going from the beginning and after a week or so start testing the levels of pH, salts, and more.
2.Getting ready for the fish
Once you think the water levels are right, take a sample of your tank water in to your local aquarium shop for them to test it for you. This will make sure it is perfect for your fish to live happily.
3.Stocking your tank
Stocking your saltwater fish tank takes some careful planning before you begin, or you may find yourself with one or two fish that are incompatible with everything else. Coral can be the most beautiful part of your tank, but not all fish will live peacefully with it. If you want coral then you have to plan which fish will live in and amongst it. There are some fish that are peaceful (like clown fish, damsels and more) but many others that are extremely aggressive and territorial (like lion fish, butterfly fish, etc). Add the fish one by one and start with the hardiest fish to make sure they will all survive.
4.Taking care of your tank
Regular feeding of the food your particular fish and corals like, regular change of half of the water in the tank, and regular testing of the water quality are the only things left to do.

Yaqui Folk Music - How Yaqui Music Reflects Religious Beliefs and Tribal Customs
The Yaqui people have lived in southern Arizona and northern Sonora, Mexico since before the Spanish conquest of Mexico. Their traditional folk music is indigenous, religious in nature, and performed in honor of their patron saints.
Central to Yaqui folk music are two instruments: the flute and drum. One drum, a "water drum," consists of a half-cut gourd, placed cut-side down in water-filled clay vessel or other water-filled receptacle. The gourd is beat with a corn husk covered stick. Large gourd rattles or wooden rattlers known as "sonajas" are also used to keep the rhythm or accent the indigenous music. Flute music is typically a learned trade from the elders in their community. Its sound evokes the spirit of nature and resonates to its people what it means to be Yaqui.
Another form of musical accompaniment is the Yaqui tribal dancer himself. The dancers wear "tenabares." These are strings of dried butterfly cocoons which have been filled with tiny pebbles. They are strung together and wound from the ankles up each calf of a dancer's legs. The use of the "tenabares" are also used by other Mexican tribal groups, dating back to the time of the Aztecs.
In addition to other special occasions, Yaqui folk music is ritually performed during Holy Week ("Semana Santa") and during Advent. During those special events, a ceremonial dance called the "Matachines" is mandatory. Matachine dancers reenact the drama of good against evil, or that of the Mexican Indian Chief Montezuma versus the Spaniard Hernan Cortes. At times, when members of the at-large Yaqui community join the Matachine dance, their participation is not as part of the Matachine drama. Rather, it is that of a solemn prayer in veneration of a major religious icon, often the Virgen de Guadalupe (Mother Mary) or San Judas (St. Jude).
The deer dance or "Danza del Venado" is also performed during special celebrations. Almost like a rite of passage, young men learn the "Danza del Venado" through oral tradition, passed down from generation to generation, followed by practice and experience. The costume of the deer dancer includes the stuffed head of a deer, which is firmly tied to the dancer's white cloth-covered head. The deer dancer makes quick spirited moves as other dancers representing hunters move in for the kill, eventually slaying the trapped deer. Several decades ago, the National Ballet Folklorico of Mexico of Amalia Hernandez incorporated the "Danza del Venado" into its repertoire. The Ballet's version includes high stylized ballet jumps, unlike true indigenous dances whose steps are kept closer to the ground.
Hearing Yaqui music is not the same as experiencing it. You don't have to travel into Mexico to witness a live performance. In the small humble town of Guadalupe, Arizona, nestled just south of the college town of Tempe, Arizona; Yaqui musicians can be seen performing in front of their little white church on the "Avenida del Yaqui" during every Semana Santa. Standing there - amidst the reverent, focused dancers - you will be transported to a time, long, long ago, before Mexico had borders.

Growing Plants to Attract Honey Bees to Your Garden
Why would anyone want to grow plants to attract honey bees to the garden? Don't bees sting? If you're a gardener then you know that bees are nature's most effective pollinators and increase the production of your garden, your flowers and vegetables as well your fruit bearers. Without bees our gardens would look pretty for a while and then die off without any pollination to further their production. Bees are a blessing for gardeners. They are also a lot of fun to watch and listen to buzzing about the garden on a hot summer afternoon. Bees enjoy a lot of the same plants that hummingbirds and butterflies do so the odds are that you'll be attracting these beauties to your garden as well.
What to Plant?
Go with as many native plants as you can. Native plants will grow better in your yard. They will thrive in their home environment without a great deal of extra care. Local bees and birds will flock to them, they belong there. As a gardener, you're probably already interested or aware of plants that are hardy where you live. Bees like variety. If you're planting a bee garden, plant small amounts of different plants that will be in bloom throughout the growing season to attract the bees all season. The more variety in your garden, the more bees and the more color.
Scents and Color
Bees are attracted to highly scented flowers, think of roses and lavender. The added bonus for you is a sweet smelling garden to walk through. They also like color. Bees can't see red like hummingbirds, but they do like white and yellow, imagine a group of cheerful sunflowers against your fence full of busy bees and then later feeding your songbirds when they ripen. Providing a source of water in your garden will also attract more bees as well as hummingbirds and butterflies.
No matter what part of the country you live in there's a great variety of plants that will attract honey bees and do well in your yard. Here are some to start with.
